PORTRAITS

In my portraits, my goal is to capture an emotion -- a feeling that conveys itself to the viewer. I want you to wonder about this person - who are they? What do they do? What are they thinking? And if you know them, I want you to feel as if you know them just a little bit better. I love painting people and I'll be honest, after completing your portrait, there is a connectedness of spirit that quietly breathes itself into the space between me as the artist and you as the subject.
